Kristin Goodwillie is an Emmy-nominated reporter and anchor in Louisville, Kentucky. Kristin has spent her career exposing those doing harm in the communities she has lived in. Her most notable stories include covering the UCC mass shooting, historic wildfires, teen homelessness, Breonna Taylor protests and record breaking gun violence. Kristin is also a FAA certified drone pilot, the first female drone pilot in the market. When Kristin isn’t out in the community, she hosts two one-hour newscasts Monday-Friday, informing the community on the daily headlines.

Kristin spent over a month digging into the record year of gun violence in Louisville. She went into the neighborhoods with the highest homicide rates, met people who had experienced gun violence first-hand and hosted a round-table with teens asking their advice to curb the violence. This 30-minute special exposes the growing problem in Louisville and cities across the U.S.
